Hi there,

We are going to be closed for 2 weeks from Monday, June 2 until Friday, June 13. We aim to be back in the office full-time on Monday, June 16.

We are taking a necessary break in order to reorganize the business and set up a new office. We will still be available via email and phone (773-791-7215).

This also means that there may be no June newsletter but hopefully, your withdrawal symptoms may be minimal.

ChinaCan 2008

The client organizes several annual conferences around the globe for metal packaging and needed a way to (1) keep them organized in one place under one "WorldCan" umbrella, and (2) allow them to develop long-term rankings with the search engines in their own right.

The upcoming ChinaCan conference was placed on a subdirectory then the chinacanconference.com domain name was forwarded straight to it using a specific search engine-friendly redirect. This not only allowed the client to market that particular conference with its own domain name but did not mean adding more web hosting packages.
