Designed by Milkweed Studio of Chicago, we were asked to integrate a nice slideshow function for the Collection portion. This would help to show the works of art in their best light against a dark background and allow easy navigation through the section.

Client Testimonial: "...Paul was positively someone terrific with whom to work. His vast knowledge of the requirements in Web site design helped us realize our original design concept without major revision. His attention to detail and suggestions helped streamline the functionality of the site. And, without his calm demeanor, valuable input and ability to build it, I would not be so totally satisfied and happy..."

Hi there,
Networking is an important part of being a small business owner. You can't just expect business to improve while sitting in front of your keyboard—you need to "press the flesh" too!
We recently attended the COSE Small Business Conference in Cleveland and picked up some useful business cards (as well as giving some out) while learning some new skills. We've also been quite successful attending networking events run by our local Chamber of Commerce. Both sources have allowed us to expand the services we offer while bringing us more work!
This month, we wanted to share some great news about our recent blog installation for a client.
We wish all of our US-based clients a happy Thanksgiving on November 22—we'll be off on that day and the next, giving us a much-needed long weekend. So don't expect emails!
We know we mention this every time but please use the ad banners to the right for your Amazon, stock photo or Web hosting needs. OK, on with this edition...

We have integrated blogs into several customers' Web sites and they are already using them to:

A Business Solution
In September, we installed a blog for Fearon's Pub in Chicago and I recently spent an hour on the phone with the Manager while he sung the praises of his new marketing tool.
Some of you may know that the Rugby World Cup was recently held in France and the games were all televised live for 6 weeks via satellite feed that certain bars and pubs across the country could buy into. Fearon's was one of them.
We installed their blog before the tournament so they could post weekly itineraries, kickoff times, and promotions. The October results?
- Faster page indexing by the search engines (for a brand new Web site, this is huge)
- Higher views for the Blog page with the full TV schedule (348) than the site Home page (315)
- 539 total visits
- 281 clicks from Google
- 190 different keywords
- Top 3 Google rank for the "rugby world cup chicago pub" phrase (still there)
- A packed house for the final on Saturday, October 20th!
